The wine is composed mainly of Sangiovese with a percentage of Canaiolo. The harvest takes place when the phenic acid of the grapes has matured, while the maceration is effected by elevation in cement vats. The result is a wine that is fresh with a well-balanced body and elegant character. Briccole embodies the bouquet of Sangiovese that recall the fascination of Tuscany.

Harvest and vinification
The grapes are picked by hand, and after the stems are removed and the grapes are lightly pressed, maceration takes place for 15 days in cement vats at controlled temperatures.

Colour _ brilliant ruby red
Bouquet _ pleasant and persistent, fruity with traces of cherry and black current
Palate _very decisive and harmonious, well-structured, with a long and enveloping finish.

Gastronomic accompaniments
An fine complement to pasta and risottos, game, grilled steaks and aged cheeses. Recommended serving temperature 18° C. Bottle should be opened a few minutes before serving.
