Vinification of the grapes is the most important phase in the production of a good wine. For this reason, depending on the level of maturity of the individual harvests, either fibreglass-cement or stainless steel tanks are used. When maceration of the grapes is complete, a part of the wine is immediately transferred into barriques for malolactic fermentation so that the fusion of scents and aromas can create that perfect balance that characterises the wines of Villa Corliano.
