Zirlaio, a superior grade olive oil, is born of the careful selection of Villa Corliano’s finest olives and is obtained by the traditional method of pressing. Very balanced, with a light and pleasant spicy aftertaste, each drop contains the natural flavour of Tuscany, ideal for refined dishes.

Harvest and extraction technique
The olives are all gathered completely by hand, put in special cases, and immediately taken to the mill for processing on the same day. Pressing is done in the traditional way, and the oil produced is conserved for natural decanting in special stainless steel containers.
