An intensely flavoured grappa, Ambrale is made from the fermented marcs of the first pressing of Chianti grapes. Resting for at least 18 months in oak barrels and barriques and refinement in stainless steel vats result in its remarkable body and harmonious aromatic character.

Continuous distillation by direct vapour and redistillation under vacuum of the alcoholic fusels. Refinement takes place in stainless steel tanks.
