CANTINA MANAGER: Angelo Gatto, manager of the cantina for some years now, brings passion to good management of the cantina as well as of the more technological tasks of transformation and refinement. One significant part of this is management of the wooden casks, which are checked and maintained weekly so that the wine can conserve its high level of quality.
